Michelle had this small wall hanging in the Lancaster, CA show this spring after taking on of the Grannie 'G' classes. 

The Clark Co. Quilters in WA. did this quilt which was shown in Paducha, KY this year, is now featured in the AQS magazine and can be seen next spring at the Yuba City, CA show.  Below is a closeup of Diana Tatro's block.

Fantastic color work and really good machine applique too.

Ramona should be proud second place in the Master Applique in Angleton, TX.  She tells me that all those diamonds are hand appliqued as well.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST!!!!

From Merle, Japanese family crests appliqued on dark (almost black) green quilted in gold and 96" x 96".  This without a doubt is one of the best uses of texture and color I have ever seen.  Set in Sharon Stone's Texas Star.
